Serious topic: Should CNN be diverse?

I see an Asian, a Black, another Black or Latino and 4 women in that pic of 20 ppl

They've got Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper. That's like three or four checkmarks already. Seriously though, this is a valid example of both sides. The back rooms at Fox look just the same as CNN.
I don't view CNN like Fox News, but it's a cut below my preferred news agencies (NYT, Reuters, AP, NPR, CBS News, Politico, etc) so I steer clear for the most part.
With that said, looking at the two big monitors in the front of the room, I see at least 30 people conferencing in so I wouldn't use this pic as a defining look at diversity. Data shows that black people (and brehs especially) are more likely to WFH when possible. Of course, WFH does lower your chances of recognition (as evidenced in this pic) or potentially promotions in the long term.

CNN International used to be pretty good when I would come across it, not sure if that's still a thing either
