The Booth is pretty active though, so if that were the case wouldn't it apply there too?imo, people just arent interested in music like that anymore. times have changed and people are clout demons.
It's because in the booth people are actually fans of what's posted where in the "tunnel" it's like a meeting amongst friends. the interest doesn't extend past a certain point. Add to that, new members couldn't register for the coli whenever they wanted then you have the same base of people if that, looking at our content that's been posted. Even on the off chance this content was posted in the booth we would get the same result because people have to be developed into caring about "new" before they give it a chance. If they are never contacted or introduced to something, they will never show support for it.The Booth is pretty active though, so if that were the case wouldn't it apply there too?
only if its an artist on a major like drake or someone. the booth is more entertained by fukkery, antics, twitter/ig beefs, social commentary, etc. anything else rarely gets passed 2 pages before thread dies. The Booth is pretty active though, so if that were the case wouldn't it apply there too?
I never understood them closing registration. If you can't control the forum to the point you have to close registration permanently, that's a bad moderation issue. It's because in the booth people are actually fans of what's posted where in the "tunnel" it's like a meeting amongst friends. the interest doesn't extend past a certain point. That makes sense. Popularity and drama.only if its an artist on a major like drake or someone. the booth is more entertained by fukkery, antics, twitter/ig beefs, social commentary, etc. anything else rarely gets passed 2 pages before thread dies.
im surprised that freddie gibbs x alchemist thread is poppin
It may seem counterintuitive but it also develops value amongst the members that are already here. They open registration i believe at a certain point of the year for a limited time. But i will make a post in the booth that I suspect will get tons of attention. I will tag you in it. It will promote your placement with Poison IviI never understood them closing registration. The Facebook groups I joined to network and market in have turned into African and other foreign accounts spamming links to unrelated news stories and controversial topics. Instagram has been the best for me personally.Hip-Hop forums seem to becoming less and less in recent years.
I miss Cratekings which basically posted all the news i needed to know about production for years straight.
People do a lot on facebook now or at least i do.
Hell the Tunnel is actually more alive than it's been in YEARS. If you go and check the previous years we couldn't even finish the tourneys. Right now we actually got a nice little grass root movement popping back up
