I read recently that just over 80% of self-made millionaires started their own business.

Anyone here ever thought of starting their own business. If so, lets discuss how we can approach this. I always thought doing what you love is the right approach but the more I read I think it is better to find a need and supply it.

The problem however, is always finding the Gap.

I intend to take out a certain amount of time everyday to come up with ideas because of work I am so frigging busy most of the times.

I have a decent paying job but I want to be rich and working for someone isn't going to make that happen anytime soon

Save money and start developing homes in gentrifying inner city neighborhoods. If you look at most rich people they have been involved in real estate one way or another

The next couple years we will see the real estate market come back to life, this coincides with America's taste changing from suburban environments to more walkable urban areas

A lot of people are going to get rich off this. Personally I'm setting myself up right now to make millions this decade

You need just some capital and foresight for which hoods are gonna pop in the next boom.

I know plenty of guys in real estate that came from nothing and became very rich. Granted, many of them used shady money to get it started but hey gotta do what you gotta do

I already have 2 investment properties. It really is a slow burn and a lot of administration. I would really love to have a product and or service that i can sell where profits comes in monthly.

Learn the biz then find a dealer and launder his money. That's how most get started

That is the problem with our school system it only teaches us to work for someone else. It doesn't teach us how to be an innovator..
