I'm starting to get more interested in making short videos. Other than regular live-action, I'm also looking to get involved with stop-motion.

For now I'm only using my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S android cell phone camera, but I'm a complete newbie.

I'm not trying to do anything epic yet, but I would like help with basic things like camera exposure (lighting issues), removing unwanted images in Photoshop or Adobe Premerie Pro, etc.

A quick online search for "best forum for filmmaking advice" shows the following places: HelloCnet, Creative Cow, VideoMaker, VideoHelp, DVXuser, Cinematography.com, Indie Talk, ShootingPeople

Can any of you please let me know which of these are super active and helpful? I don't want to create an account on a dead forum. I just figure joining 1 or 2 of these forums, along with checking Reddit will be enough. Any suggestions?
