School shooter can't be questioned without lawyer present

MD police complains that they can't hold criminals who are minors accountable because they can't questioned them without legal representation.



That kid should be questioned, but if the law protects Constitutional rights, especially as minors, then is it really wrong? Outside of school shootings or murders, this law seems like the right thing to do.
