they did influence this new generation...
who do we have coming out right now?
A$AP Mob. Joey Bada$$' Pro Era crew. And of course, OTFGBE (OFWGKTA... sound familiar?)

I don't like a lot of odd future music outside of b*stard and earl (and even those 2 I rarely play nowadays) but their influence on the new generation is undeniable.:manny:

I'm talkin about having a crew with a lead man (Tyler, ASAP Rocky, Joey Badass, Chief Keef)
and usually influenced by 90s sound.
I mean ASAP Mob and Odd Future are clearly both influenced by horrorcore of the 90s. Both crews of young kids with hipster following. Joey Badass and his crew are a little different but when u look at "Survival Tactics" video... it's straight up on some Odd Future shyt.

And OTFGBE the music is different but that crew/lead man concept is there. and the whole interent/viral marketing and presence thing is in full effect.

Lil B certainly had an influence also btw. with the viral marketing and shock tactics.

Not so sure about Wiz... He didn't really put together his crew until Odd Future became prominent. I mean he mentioned Taylor Gang but when he saw that crews are the new thing in hip hop is when he put Chevy Woods out and signed Juicy J.

MMG is part of this influence also though, admitadelly.
