Somewhere that’s warm the majority of the year and doesn’t snow (or at least barely snows)?


Looking for some suggestions. Just a breh looking for a place to be outside year round and go fishing and hiking. Access to water is a must. Ideally looking to live outside of the city.

Miami?
Phoenix?

Why Miami? I hear nothing good about that city. Dirty, racist, Expensive, and low wages. I'd say looking into other Florida cities like Tampa

Only thing about Florida that scares me are hurricanes. Heard Tampa was alright

Houston is likely your best option from the list, though it has heavy traffic and is very spread out.

I’d suggest adding Tampa to the list. The traffic isn’t as bad as Houston, and it’s closer to the water. However, the dating scene might not compare to Houston.

Phoenix could be a good option, especially since you prefer white women.

Atlanta isn’t near the water, gets cold in the winter, and parts of the city have a rougher vibe, with lots of traffic and gays

Miami is incredibly expensive now. Unless you’re making over $350k a year or have a net worth in the seven figures, it’s probably not a practical choice.
