fukking idiotic. I usually like British shows, they have some really cool concepts and ideas that work really well and are refreshing compared to American tv, but this show was a fukking disgrace. Basically its like one character says " Helen we must not let anyone know that the family has no money" and then like 10 feet away you have some people casually eavesdropping

Cotdamb. I just bought 6 seasons with bonus discs on sale. Thought I'd check what the brehs thought but apparently y'all ain't really messing with this.
I've never fukked with the show but I believe its on Amazon Prime Video. You could've peeped it on there first without paying for boxed sets
I thought it would focus on the historic and social aspect when I started watching it, or would at least be a strong period drama. But unfortunately it turned out to be a 
show, so unless you are gay or a woman, you're probably not going to enjoy it. As I previously said, the sets and costumes are great and the actors are top notch too, but I stopped watching when the plots became complete 
in season two. Maybe it picked up later

It was the seasons & bonus disks for like $40. I be binge watching shows since Corona. I just randomly saw it at Target & got it cause I figured it'd entertain me for a while. Plus a good deal for 6 seasons.
Plus on the box it says it was rated a "Masterpiece". I'll see about that.
