They tried charging for them a few years ago where I live but that got reversed with the quickness. I wasn't even bothered.

Ayo I just went to the grocery store and these nikkas wasn't giving out no bags at all. I was expecting paper bags but I just had to load all the shyt in the cart and just empty loose groceries in my trunk
