There is nothing like hitting the sauna or steam room after a good work out. You walk out that bytch feeling like a new man.

The sauna is amazing. I go in there during my off days too - if you feeling sore or sick, it just helps you heal faster.

nah. I aint with all them amenities. I go in there, throw around weights for an hour half, then promptly leave. I dont even smile just walk around like
