Why we rewarding quitters?

Think of it from a wwe standpoint.... I'm a reward you for deciding to not do your job because you dislike how I use you? If shes unhappy she has every right to not wrestle... but wwe has every other right not to care when other women are still around trying their best and doing what they're told.


We gonna reward bad behavior? As a leader running a company.. what message does that send to other talent???
