Defense gets the game ball. They were my biggest concern to start the season but 6 straight weeks of shutting Offenses down, getting turnovers, sacks, the whole 9. Fangio really turned this thing around fast. Offense was sleepwalking most of the game and woke up in the 3rd and 4th Qtr. Jalen was forcing a few throws and I didn't like some of the playcalling either. Once they got back to balance with Saquon everything took off. Jake left 7 points on the board which is uncharacteristic of him. So technically this could have been a blowout near the end.
I'm not mad at the last TD to Ertz, they were clearly in prevent being up two scores. Washington played well, give them props. I definitely see them getting a wild card spot but we handed them their 1st two game losing streak of the season. Defense locked up Daniels most of the game though. Overall Division games are always a battle but in the end, Saquon is just too powerful. Dude had almost 200 total yards and 2 TD's. Well 8-2, Leading the Division by 2 games. Only behind the Lions for the #1 seed by 1/2 a game. They are good shape right now.
