Congratulations to him but I do have questions about this test. :patrice: He has hundreds of African ancestors who descended from various areas around west/central/southern Africa. Unless his gene pool had a greater amount sequences from test sample from the people of Gabon, I dont understand that part clearly.

Still its props to him from me because he still vouches for AA actors in Hollywood and he wants to connect to the motherland :wow:

now all that's needed is to renounce US citizenship and he'll be 100% free but small steps, small steps

The African Ancestry test are testing the Y Chromosome and MTDNA. So those are two specific genes that are passed down from two specific people.

The YChrome is passed down from father to son, and the MTDNA is passed down from mother to child, but only daughters can pass that gene down. So the YChrome can trace the oldest male ancestor on your father side and the MTDNA the oldest woman ancestor on your mother side.

My YChrome is traced to a man that originated among the Yorubas of Nigeria and my MTDNA originated from a woman who was from the Bakongo people of the Kongo. Essentially, if it wasn’t for slavery, my last name would be a Yoruba name.

You saying good for him, but when Amerikkka turns into hell he got somewhere to go

I been thinking of an African country I can get citizenship from, preferably somewhere on the coast
If America turns what country are you going to and are you planning on going empty handed?

Happy for him but i personally don't feel the need to know where my ancestors lived.

I'm not unfulfilled in life or as an American.
Alot of people who do these test aren't happy with their lives and think knowing this is going to change anything..i wish them the best.

Good for him. More AADOS and other dispersion brehs and brehettes should trace back to where their ancestors are from and visit that country of origin. Get a sense of where it all started.
