Get yourself a used Motorola xoom. It already has Jelly Bean which makes it run great. They run around 150-200.

Its not a bad deal for the price...for 200 extra you can cop that Note 10.1 which is a monster.

But for 300 this aint a bad cop, especially if you like Android.
