Sorry to bump an 7 year old thread. But I've been watching Pharcyde interviews with Soren Baker and decided to see what J Swift's been up to.

This article came out last year, sounds like he's doing better and has reunited with his family in Mexico. I didn't realize he got big money from Tommy Boy
