LOL do not forget, it could be argued that Judge Nap started all this “deep state” shyt, or at least gave it legs. He is the reason that Trump tweeted that he was being “wiretapped”, and the judge only started speaking facts AFTER the backlash, and of course discovering that the pres really is our here repeating back sensationalist lies that were only meant for “entertainment” purposes only. Judge Nap did a great disservice to this country with that wiretap
Exactly! People have been singing him praises on CNN, like they've forgotten he's reason for the whole wiretapping tweet tirade from tRump.

This is infuriating because it's just extra talking points for Trump supporters and Fox news. That judge didnt feel comfortable sentencing a military officer to jail so he kicked the can down the road in order to give a more valid reason for why the court will rule no jail time for Flynn. Flynn most likely already told Mueller everything he knows, and honestly I dont give a damn about the Eastern District of VA/Turkey case.

Ugh.

No one cares about trump supporter talking points. Even the loudest Flynn supporters (Andy McCarthy for instance) have basically admitted there was nothing unusual about his treatment. The people who will still complain are impossible to reason with.

There was literally zero added pressure on the judge since the special counsel AGREED to and basically signaled their acceptance of a sentence of no jail/prison time. The easiest thing in the world would've been for the judge to agree to that and case closed. The fact that the special counsel agreed to no jail time is all he would need to justify it.

Flynn obviously DIDN'T tell Mueller everything he knows since his attorneys agreed to a delay in order to provide additional "modicum" of cooperation.

You may not give a damn about the state cases but Flynn and his attorneys do - it's leverage in case of a pardon.

The reason he went off like this is because he has seen the unredacted sentencing memos and hates the idea of letting him off w/ no jail time considering all of the truly dirty shyt he's done.

From here on out, the only role Flynn probably plays is to validate anything other witnesses say. I dont think he has anything new to provide to Mueller. He would be doing that whether he's sentenced or not.

And that Turkey case is a fed case. Not a state case.

If he hated the idea of letting Flynn go without jail time then he would have sentenced him to jail today.

The I in Team
“You were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Adviser to the president!” Sullivan yelled. “Arguably, this undermines everything this flag over here stands for! Arguably, you sold your country out!”

I would be funny if we lived in a world where the judge’s next words were “guards take him away for immediate execution”

The reality is while they tried to claim Obama wasn’t born in this country, seeing this current Buffon and those around him commit treasonous acts is a sight to behold.
