The Senate wouldn't remove Pence for the simple fact that Pelosi is next in line. House would vote to remove both. Senate would probably remove Trump and keep Pence.

Cohen is getting sentenced to multiple years in prison on December 12th. Mike Flynn will get a short prison sentence (or by a miracle 0 days and a $9500) fine on December 18th.
