Yeah. The way it went quiet just felt funny...
We did get cohen out of it but I had hoped for a lot more.
I always thought it was largely irrelevant to the most pressing issues politically, there is so much sprawl in the Trump presidency, a lot is just noise. Like the House and Senate investigations, at times we followed them breathlessly, but they were largely unimportant too. Maybe the end result, that Republicans are just straight compromised, and won't admit, but the actual investigations meant very little.
The main points for me are
Southern District of NY investigation (Cohen case)

Consider this: If this leads to impeachment, Senate Republicans may refuse to vote in favor of removing Trump because they feel like they have a better chance of keeping the white house in the 2020 election with Trump as President then Pence as President. If they remove Trump, it's guaranteed the Republicans lose the white house in 2020. If they keep Trump after the impeachment trial, they may think his base will get more rallied up because they'll believe Trump is under attack., that they may have a chance to win the 2020 election. It's all about power to these soulless fukks.
