Feels very conspiracy theory-ish which is why I can see why no serious journalist would run it down.
There are some aspects of it that we know to be true though, for instance the Russian mob being an extension of Russian intelligence and Russia being a backer of many Islamic militias. This is an extension/response to the US supporting and arming the Mujahideen in Afghanistan - which ultimately transformed into the present day Taliban - against Russia in the 80s.
But I have to admit he offers an interesting case, I'm going to have to take some time and dig into his supporting links.

Do the Russians use issues such as income inequality, racial disparities etc to cause dissection within the US? Absolutely. But if you attribute these issues solely to external influences you’re never going to allocate the resources necessary to deal with the problem internally.
