This comparison makes no sense since minorities who cooperate get light sentences as well. So those lack of 30 day sentences have a lot to do with how we treat snitching and snitches. There was a guy on Morning Joe talking about how the Dems could fix the Supreme Court issue whenever they get control of the all 3 branches. They could add more Justices to the court. From what was reported the number of Justices have changed quite a few times over the course of our history so there is precedent for doing so. That is something that could be fixed after 2020 depending on how the new few elections go. I dont know if the Dems would do it.

Chuck Schumer and Pelosi just chastised Maxine Waters for sayijng you should confront Trump Admin officials when possible. This is relatively benign.

You can't have faith in the status quo types to be fighters and revolutionary. A lot of them don't have any need or incentive to be revolutionary since folks like Schumer and Pelosi feel they will retain their seat in good and in bad times given who they represent. Why engage in costly battles? How does it benefit their standing one way or another?
