Its common sense Rice couldn't just unmask the names...
This is no different than the idiotic "they wiretapped me claim"...
It's meant to distract and pivot attention away from the Russia scandal...
All Rice did was make a request and it was approved by the IC...Just like the FISA warrant shyt, there is a process and you have to go through the proper channels...The national security adviser can't just snap his/her fingers and unmask names...This revelation actually makes the orangutan and his handlers look bad because someone with the authority to unmask those names saw probable cause to greenlight Rice request...
At the end of the day, we are playing with house money. This clown is the president, and the GOP is the majority, they should be dominating everything and getting all their stuff through, and celebrating, but it is a constant onslaught and they are having to play defense every second of every day. Town halls have turned into battle royals, the chairman of the house intel committee is looking like a lackwitted ball washer, the speaker of the house can't get his lieges to fall in line, the president is beefing with the freedom caucus, the intelligence community is waging war on this president, the approval ratings are in the weeds, racist hillbillies are about to die with no healthcare, Fox News is getting exposed for allowing sexual harassment "bigly", etc...

This whole Susan Rice thing is another distraction to deflect from the fact that at least 8 people involved with Cheetos campaign and/or transition team have some ties to Russsia.
