I told ya'll RICO is what the Feds will go after them with at first. Once somebody squels then they will move to treason. Russia killed a lot of loose ends on their part so it would be harder to have people testify that they did it from their side. So what the Feds did (which the Feds always do......) was follow the money to show the collusion. That Casino was probably one of a bunch of enterprises the Russians used Trump to Launder their money through.

The issue is where is the rumored Oil shares Trump got to lower sanctions. That's what the Steele Dossier said, that he would get shares worth Billions (possibly Trillions) of Russian Oil to remove the sanctions, disable NATO, and turn a blind eye to Russia invading its neighbors.

I'm pretty sure that what was offered was the brokerage on the 19% share of Rosneft that was "sold" for appx 10.2B Euro. Still a ton of money (assuming 5% = 510M Euros) but no way they offered the entire 19%.

I can see Pence surviving and becoming president. This entire scenario is something we've never seen before, but if Pence goes down and someone who wasn't on the ticket/no one voted for (Paul Ryan) becomes president....that might be too much. I think as long as Pence has no direct ties he becomes president and will be a lame duck until Dems take over.

My question is...is Pence dumb enough to agree to pardon Trump? Remember, Nixon's people came to Ford and offered a deal. It's been said Ford didn't accept it, and decided to pardon Nixon based on wanting the country to move on...but most people at the time believed it was a deal. A Pence presidency would be DOA regardless but he'd REALLY drown if he pardoned Trump.
