Just a reminder, it took the FBI over a year to charge Manafort even though we all knew he committed various crimes. We are still finding things. I don't think this investigation is stopping in 2018, or 2019 for that matter.
I don't expect Trump to get impeached anytime soon either. Been reading a few prominent lawyer's arguments on presidential power and its not pretty. Mueller will have to have an extremely airtight case.
There's more than a few that share the view that Trump can't be held criminally liable for many thing we're discussing, especially unlawful firing of a suboordinate(ie Comey).

Muller will have to turn the screws on the GOP as well. Big problem is the public's perception of the investigation as well. He can have an airtight case and Trump supporters will write it off as "Deep State" nonsense.

This is the problem with the left.... they settle for "moral victories" instead of actual ones. Unless they sweep midterms in the House- which is possible- GOP is the only key to getting Trump outta here. And that could go either way... they could toss him if they find him to be too toxic, or perpetually blackmail him to push their agenda forward.
