You don’t understand,,, you want to take away a persons pensions convicted of a felony but what about their kids? They should find another way to forfeit a public officers pensions than out right take it.. I say if convicted then their pension goes to their kids in a trust until they turn 21.. if the kids are over 21 then the pension is forfeited back to the state

And the forfeiture applies to public employees too

Is there a chance that Trump staying in office through the mid-terms next year helps the Dems? Like...is it actually more beneficial for Trump to stay in office a little bit longer, or do you guys still think there would be a decent turnout in 2018 if Trump is out some how before the mid-terms next year?
