If they really wanted to the House could just pass laws making whatever Jr or whoever did legal. Sorry but I see the GOP blocking any serious legal action and I'm not convinced anybody can really do much about it.

Depending on Mueller's conclusion (or depending on whether Mueller gets fired), the GOP may be forced to get Trump out.

Most certainly, there will be some people that will walk that should go to jail, but I don't think they can totally defy the special counsel's ruling.
