I don't know how people stomach Some of these shows on CNN. Especially Don Lemon and this guy. I think they are worse than Fox News because of the false equivocation they allow on their show under the guise of objectivity.

What is their value as journalists if they bring on guests who outright lie to the American people and barely get challenged.

It's like inviting Flat Earthers on the show to debate real scientists on whether the Earth is flat.

One of the major myths is the idea that the announcers/reporters/hosts hold the power to drive narratives etc. They are employees not bosses. Les Moonves is a boss. When he determined that "Trump is bad for America but good for CBS" that will filter down into the coverage. All of the faces of the networks are just the salespeople that bring in the customers (viewers).
