He isn't gonna last 4 years. Either our democracy itself will no longer exist or the Feds will have removed him by whatever means they can. They're digging into his mob ties, which means they'll be able to go after basically everyone associated with him both in business and his party. By 2018 at the latest, you're going to see a lot of arrests.

TL;DR - a GOP staffer actively sought to contact Russian operatives to obtain the missing Clinton emails, and stated repeatedly that he was working on behalf of Mike Flynn. But, given how long this story took from the interview on 5/4 until 2 months later, you can bet its been corroborated.

If they really were that hungry for news, this would've dropped shortly after.

And really, considering how conservative leaning the WSJ is, I'm surprised this even saw the light of day.

Flynn was facilitating stolen emails.

This is just not "some dead man"

He's an 81 year old who just passed away and a major GOP playmaker.

He helped Flynn get Hillary's stolen email via Russian hackers.

US Intelligence even knows the intermediary to transmit the data to Russian intelligence.

People can choose not to believe these stories until proof. That's their right.

Totally disbelieving them after the relationships, patterns, trends, and odd behavior we've seen from the Trump campaign and its members is kind of strange though.

Not to mention the head NSA advisor and high ranking campaign member being fired because the entire government knew he was compromised. Is it really a stretch to think Trump didn't goad him into finding those emails? Not to me.

Check the publisher of this story. WSJ doesn't deal in "valueless" stories, and they certainly couldn't be mistaken for a liberal publication.
