Trump believed [incorrectly] that Obama had the power to unilaterally order a "wiretap" of him and his associates at Trump Tower, but at the same time he doesn't know if any of his convos (especially with Comey) in the Oval Office were recorded?

Since he's the POTUS now, wouldn't he know how to obtain such recordings?
