Russ should make a run at going to the Broncos as Rodgers sounds like he's content with staying in GB and the Giants are a dumpster fire. If the latter is where he insists on going, then Ciara has more control over his career than we initially though.

To me it sounds like he will still be the one that's in Seattle, while Carroll is the one that will be gone.
Hopefully. That would be the wise decision

The obvious solution is trying what Green Bay did when they were in the same exact situation.
Super Bowl winning coach & HOF QB who were clearly at the end of their marriage - they cut ties with McCarthy and gave Rodgers a fresh start with a new coach, new staffs, new scheme, new vision, new approach, etc and it's been a home run. Doesn't make sense to not try that with Russ.
