Is anyone going to call him out for all his teams getting good as soon as he leaves them?
Sacramento needs to release him so they can finally make the playoffs.

Not even remotely true. They just got more attention because they showed up in the 2nd quarter and left at halftime during the finals vs. the Spurs.
I cant stand bandwagoners but let's get something straight; There are hella bay area expats in Sacramento first of all. 2nd, Kings tickets are cheaper than Warrior tickets so why not make the 2hr drive to save hundreds of dollars

This sounds like an overblown talking point you got from ESPN. Yes the Gay trade turned out to be good for the Grizz, but they ended up immediately missing him in the playoffs because they traded away the one player who could get his own shot at anytime. That haven't filled that void to this day.He only played for the Raptors for a year. During that year the Raps were better than they were the previous few years before he arrived.
Edit: I think this negative image Rudy Gay has in the media stems from the frustration about him never living up to his full potential.
