I don't care what no one says to me rowing is the best cardio. And you don't put as much wear and tear on your body.

Who all fukks with the C2 Rower :gladbron:

Rowing is great, but I like cycling too. It is low impact and you can also push your cardio levels by watching the speedo/tach gauge. I like the Schwinn bikes where you are pushing fan blades on an axle. I don't like spinner bikes. The resistance is based on friction, I don't like it.

:smugdraper:For my cardio I like doing really activity aka playing basketball, going for actual long bike rides (uphill and kill it thats crazy shyt), hockey, other sports.

I dunno i hate doing cardio at the gym i get soo bored.
