@illclinton This grooves, I can here this on a high end car commercial. There is a heavy bag of cash in commercials.

@Leezy337 Sounds like a great record placement type of beat for Ross Featuring Kanye and Meek.

Voted Leezy

Difficult battle for me to choose here:patrice:. Really 1a and 1b with the precision, both hit well too. Leezy melody was a winner for me over all, really could go either but we have to pick. Had to run this back a few times

both tracks used a sample that was authentically made by someone else with with a "soul" sample, but the thing is "Soul" is so broad that everyone is looking for different things,They both obeyed the rules and used a "Soul" sample to make the beats. I think that's the hardest aspect of this round which is where a lot of confusion tends to happen at least for me.

Solid beats from both. Neither one screamed “soul” to me, but like @producingfire mentioned, it’s a pretty broad term and I can see where the confusion stems from.

That being said, I voted Leezy. Love the vibes on his track. I dig the feel of Ill’s as well, but it seemed like more of an ambient/chill wave. Leezy’s had a bit more “soul” in my opinion. Good work, y’all.
