Wow what a difference a few days make. This is a better battle than the first one. Sure to be just as competitive as well.

@bigrodthe1 Wow man, if you would have had this last round I think you would have took the battle outright. This was crazy, for me who creates music for commercials, tv/videogames outside of just records, I can appreciate this for what it is. This made me think back to the early days of NBA Jam. I kept saying "He's on Fire" and "Boom Shockalocka"
That said it was mixed very well and it's definitely levels above the last battle.

@bigdaddy88 man this is dope. The way you utilized the sample you get high marks for that, The only thing, and I mean the only thing that set this back was the percussion mix.

With that said, My vote for this battle goes to @bigrodthe1

The battle of the Bigs.....

Rod took this one. He had the more complete sounding beat. The mix was solid, and the vibe was on some funky chill vibe. Perfect soundtrack music. Not the best beat I heard from dude, but easily one of his best.

Big daddy beat was dope too and had potential, but certain things in the mix held it back. The sample sounded a lil too low, and the drums sounding too loud...but I love the vibe he was going for.

Pretty good battle brehs.

Great battle -I feel like double elimination is fair and all but you can get put out and still have the better beat.

Bigrod takes it but only because I like the funk feel I got. I am an old head so some of y’all will understand. :troll:
