:mjtf: both parties brought the clips out with these.

Went with CuzinQ for this one, I've been on an r&b type vibe myself and this would fit in right with my current playlist.

Confucius needs some bars on it asap tho:damn:

@ThaRealness The Sample chops were nice. The drums didn't cut through the mix which could be fixed by turning everything else down. The sample is a little loud and the high-end consumes the mix.

@CuzinQ This is a vibe bro! You have a great track on your hands. I hear H.E.R. and or Sza on this. Great job. this one gets my vote.

Q's beat was smooth as fukk.

Since I havent shown anyone my music in a while, I was wondering if I could get feedback on some newer joints

Both real dope. @ThaRealness came with that grimy Hav/RZA sound and Q came with the smoothness. Hell I had to go with @CuzinQ because that might be my favorite beat from this round. That shyt is just too dope. :salute: to both

Cradle to the grave is dope- It feels like the Kick is still a little berried in the mix, I kept expecting a big change or an addition as far as melody that never happened, I think that's do to the drum mix. It makes it feel like "This is only the beginning" not an actual pocket of a track (if that makes any sense)

Six Degrees of Separation- I like this one the most! The vibe is great reminds me of the 90's.

The snare feels a little stuffy and berried in the mix. To fix that you can try 2 things Tourning down the overall sample or 2 filtering the base a little more. It will allow the drums to rise above the mix more.

Good work!

This is actually the first battle that I checked out. Both beats were absolute fire. No flaws in either IMHO. @ThaRealness came through with that dirty, dusty Wu s**t. I could hear Griselda over that track, easily.

@CuzinQ track was toooooo smooth. Super clean mix. Did you actually play that bass line in or is that part of the sample chopped? Either way, flawless track.

This one was tough, but I had to go with @CuzinQ. Great round, fellas.
