Had to let this marinate for a minute. In the end I preferred the more uptempo feel, drums and the 808's that the young breh brought.:mjgrin:

@bigdaddy88 Epic sample. Love the filtered bass as well. The drums held this one back for me, however. They're not terrible, I just don't think they match the vibe of this track in particular. :yeshrug: I see a lot of potential with this track, though.

@franknitty711 :scust:Dope sample, dope drums. I f**k with this. The right rapper would MURDER this beat. A lot of space for vocals and I dig that. Not sure about the actual key of the 808 with the sample, and I think it could use some variation in the notes, but the beat is so dirty that it works.

My vote goes to @franknitty711 on this one.

The sample on that first beat is hard too, the drums hold it back like some other folks mentioned. Sounds like some mid 2000's Dipset type shyt that Juelz would've floated on
