Meek headlining in his city. Summer Walker and DaBaby for the younger mainstream crowd. Rae, Ghost, Black Thought and Griselda for the hip hop heads. SWV, Brandy and Musiq for the older R&B heads. Sir for the new school R&B fans. Great lineup with something for everyone.

I mostly go. Even if you don't know the artists, there's always someone on another stage, putting out music that you can vibe too. I'm definitely going this year. The last time I went was a few years before P died, cause Mobb was there.

The headliner is usually whoever is with The Roots, so this year it will be the R&B vibe. But everyone should go see The Roots at least once. There's always special guests, not listed.

Rae and Ghost. :leon:

I still think it's kinda awkward for them to keep having this event in Philly in the middle of Ramadan. Alot of families, fans, and vendors lose out on the business and the experience.

Yes, but I'm sure they are all playing at. Similar times so be hard to get a good view of the performance.

I went two years ago. And I did not enjoy it. But I was happy to see mobb deep and noreaga perform.

i don't think they do. Most of the people there be Muslim lol. I know whenever it gets talked about, the people that be talking to me be Muslim, and I never heard Ramadan mentioned even once.

For the Mixtape, the artists have different sets, so Griselda will have their own, Ghost & Rae will have their own. Thought may rock with them, he may not.

Changing it from Penn’s Landing to the Mann Center was a great move. Penn’s Lansing venue felt too closed in and packed. Mann Center is much more spread out with more of a picnic vibe, even has a stage with seating. At this point it’s the only music festival I have the energy to attend
