Usually depends on the arena. They could just be hidden somewhere around the concourse if it's a bigger arena, or actually in a car outside of the arena altogether if it's smaller (when I saw Smackdown live about a year and a half ago, the crew actually chained off their entrance path and they came in from a truck in the parking lot for their match).

Back when Eddie won the belt we had went up to use the restroom and Eddie was standing there where you go down to take your seat. They have a bit of security around them and then just walk in the same way you would take your seat.
