he's improved on the mic and can cut a good promo when he wants

one of the few wrestlers on the roster who has a badass vibe to him

so I don't get why fans are still so rough on this dude when he keeps improving

maybe changing his theme music could help?

Crazy, I’m watching his match with AJ from Extreme Rules 2016. Had the crowd going nuts. “You still suck” after dope spots are probably some of the best chants he’s gotten since he’s become “the new Cena.”

Actually the AJ matches are some of the silliest matches of 2016..especially the one with all the chairshots where he magically hits the big spear. As bad a finish as Cena beating Wade and Justin at Summerslam in like 40 seconds at the end.

He's good, but I seen someone say it in a thread earlier this week, can he do anything that a dozen other guys in the locker room can't do?

Most these guys can work good matches. That's not a unique skill anymore. The reality is he can't cut a promo and the crowd have flat out rejected him. Let him have good matches as a mid carder, and give the ball to Rollins or Braun or Bryan or whoever...someone who the fans want to see at the top.

The fans aren't coming back. It's done. There was maybe a window a couple of years ago. He's getting that go away heat now. A heel turn ain't gonna save him now. He's completely done as a top level WWE talent. And that's largely the fault of booking. But it is what it is, but they have to move on from this.

Ever since this nikka beat Taker at Mania and then the next night came out, let the crowd chant and scream and yell for minutes, said "This is my yard now" and dipped while the crowd was still mad at him, I've wanted heel Roman

Unfortunately for him, he improved greatly, but it happened well into his push that came way too early. He's forever tagged with the stigma of being garbage even though it's undeserved.

He needs a major change in order to be effective for the long term
