Yeah late at night didn't really do much, even though I liked it. That's the only single and video....the 1st album had a lot
I can see that, but I get the feeling Roddy doesn't wanna pay his way into the game, on the first album The Box blew up basically organically, the album dropped and the fans gravitated towards that song and it became the single.
So we'll wait and see, i just think the timing of the album sucks, but this is around the same time of year he dropped the last one so I guess it'll work.

After that album success he not "paying his way in". He's just another artist dropping singles and they don't all stick, no shame in it
That stupid video didn't really help either lol. Tired of rappers and singers throwing budgets behind whatever random bullshyt they had in their mind when high and talking like it was so creative

What I mean by that is paying companies and shyt to promote his music everywhere and force a buzz. Like in NBA pregame and commercials and shyt. I'm sure he could have a single playing all over the place with a few phone calls

So weird. Pandemic hit and the label just gave up on the album despite it being huge. He had at least another hit record on there yet it never got worked. Now they're rushing out an album with no single?

Yeah I am predicting sales wise it will be a flop. But I mentioned several times I like his music and the single they put out.
