Rock's Preferred City Series (PCS): New Haven vs Bridgeport vs Hartford?

Starting a new series comparing major cities in-state, to guage Coli interest of said cities. This version is for Connecticut's three main cities, which do you prefer, and why?

For the record, I've only been to Hartford of the three. Always hear bad shyt about it but I enjoyed it and thought it was fun!

How is Bloomfield like though?

Born in Hartford raised in Bloomfield.

It's basically a sleepy suburb of Hartford. Little to no crime, decent schools but not much happening there either.

No real social scene at all, tbh.

Everyone there basically parties in Hartford or elsewhere.

Great place to raise a family though.

Of the 3, Hartford for me. New Haven I hadn't spent much time in but I distinctly remember those greyhound pauses on the way to NY and it was depressing af


Hartford full of insurance companies but has more than enough going on. Jazz festival comin up soon isn't it?
