Most people think DOOM did most of Monster Islands beats but actually the other half was X-Ray, who actually did the MAJORITY.
A producer from Queens who was incredible. Xray was originally signed to Loud Records with the group Darc Mind in the 90s but later his group was dropped and after being released, we got his collab with MF DOOM on the boards as rhe production duo behind Monster Island Czars, classics like escape from monster island, Monsta Mixes vol 1 and 2.

RIP subroc, doom, spiga, kong and now xray aka king caesar. I know others who repped have gone. But the main czars, he was the most important piece… maybe even more than DOOM.

Breh I was listening to MIC songs and so forths a month or so ago. Damn man, DOOM, MF Bash, Kong, and now X-Ray passed.
Just found out that Majesty died a few years back as well, WTF 
......Had to go check and make sure MeccaGodZilla, MF Mez and Megalon were still around
