The two biggest and best trips of my life were reverse bookended by the deaths of P and P...

Sean Price passed away the day after I got back from a trip to Hawaii in 2015, and Prodigy passed away the day before I took a trip to Europe in 2017. I didn't start enjoying the Europe trip until a day or two into it, because I was so sad about Prodigy dying. I have to thank P though because the trip was flavored with his music. I knew there would be no WiFi so I downloaded the whole Mobb and Prodigy catalogue to my phone and pretty much only listened to that the whole time I was over there.

Dude tangled with nearly every legend imaginable (Pac, Hov, Nas) without taking any long term damage. Salute the man, the legend.

At least he was able to see his influence cemented in rap before he passed. Roc Marci and a lot of guys came from his lineage. And even newer rappers at the time like Odd Future always gave him his props.
