here is some quotes i ripped out of the book
on Dynamite Kid's Ribs:
Billinton drove wrestlers away from the territory with his cruel and merciless ribs, which went from positioning coffee with enormous dosages of laxatives, to drugging and abusing unconscious coworkers. If a wrestler bladed, Dynamite might run up and kick his hand, driving the razor directly into his skull
Benoit Steroid use:
Benoit started using Dianabol pills at 14, The side effects that he noticed on his own included testicular shrinkage, severe acne, mood swings, manic rushes of energy comparable to mild amphetamine use, and a shortened temper. Benoit started talking Valium to combat the explosive rages at 18.
However, what Benoit would have considered the most severe side effect of steroids was comparatively immediate. While attempting to bulk up in size to compensate for his short stature, may have robbed the late-bloomer Benoit of those few inches of height and reach that would have made him a viable wrestler without a lifelong addiction to poisonous pharmaceuticals.
The Rules taught to him at the Hart Dungeon:
According to these rules, a good, respectful young wrestler must:

2. Always shake hands very softly with every wrestler he introduces himself to.
3. Always remember every wrestler he's ever met, no matter how briefly or how long ago, so as not to offend them later when introducing himself.
4. Always shut up and mind his own business after introducing himself.
5. Always kiss a veteran's ass if they decide to talk to you.
