it's rare to hear a politician speak so candidly in the public arena. i especially respect the way he delivered a radical message in a non-threatening way, which is not always easy to do.

how did a person this extreme get voted into office? lol

a couple of the topics he speaks on:

black power ideologies
khalid muhammad
panthers
political power
economic policy
recent teen shooting by cops in brooklyn

anybody know anything about this guy? i'm gonna have to read up on him

very good info on how we can rebuild our communities. I thank you so much for this.

So the city councilman is the guy with the pen & ability to sign off on things changing. Every black person in a black community needs to get at their city councilman in these hoods.

Next we got to start finding black people with Capital to bring the businesses in our community that we want. Go through the councilman and then the Mayor for police protection of the business. That's the chain right there.

I agree with him on just about everything except socialism. Capitalism would work great for us if we started owning more

I've seen him on Fox News a couple of times back in the days and what he had to say was meh to me. But I hope he can do something positive for his community. I like most of what he as saying here though outside of giving props to Khalid Muhammad.

Edit: I just saw him giving props to Robert Mugabe and say Khaddafi was his hero. :snoop:

He gets voted into office cause he runs in a black district with low turnout and participation but like many "revolutionaries" of his generation i think he's stuck in the 60's. He's always on the lookout and defensive from problems from whites and not the internal problems in the community. Dude was out there with the bloods and crips protesting sean bell shooting instead of calling these dudes out too

:comeon: Did you expect him to say Clarence Thomas and George Bush was his heroes?

He'll never make it beyond city council though. He ran for congress in 2012 and got landslided.

he could of but with his comments on isreal, gaddafi, mugabe, etc and stance against charter schools, wall street, etc the democrats was like :whoa: and put a lot of money and media behind his opponent.
