That's right ya'll. Hotdog prices will go through the roof. Can't pay people anymore then what they are getting. We can't afford it.

This not going to work craze is actually going to make this guy more rich..

The retail jobs people aren't going back to don't manufacture the merchandise they sell.. Its just a brick and mortar building vendors put their merchandise in, and the retail reps sell them.

If no one comes back to work, the vendors will just sell their merchandise through Amazon and the brick and mortar will just close down.. This endeavor may not be what a lot of people want..

Give me an example of working hard? Or a job that requires “hard” work? Also, have you ever dug graves?

FYI folding clothes, pushing carts, etc. aren't hard jobs. Flipping Hamburgers isn't a hard job. All that shyt is easy, you following simple instructions.

Hard workers are more than often smart enough to apply for better paying jobs. Had a few hard workers quit Walmart for better places.

Nobody wants a career at Wendy's, unless you are management or franchising one...

Retail is great to teach kids a lesson on what not to aspire to due to the abuse and low pay..
Do you look down on those who work in management?

The ones with experience, of course I don't look down on them, from 1st level anything to manager/owner takes a lot of skill, smarts, and toughness to do.

Managers (good ones) are the definition of leaders....

My bad I meant management in retail and fast food. Like a salaried one.

Retail use to be a half-decent job wayback in the day. No, you weren't going to be rich, but you had dignity, flexibility and the ability to live a decent life.

Then the discount-retailers came in and pushed the concept of treating everyone like a mule to cover tight margins.

Anyone that supports these low-wages is a complete tool and goof.
They allow Big business to avoid pay wages on the front end, then allow them to avoid taxes on the back end. :russ:

If the people at the top were noble individuals I'd give a pass, but they're greedy, spoiled brats that sniff coke off hookers asses every night, from your hard work.

fukk them I support the shake down.

Yeah bro, you have no idea what’s happened to the American worker. You can’t context it at all. The minimum wage hasn’t gone up since 1970, when factoring inflation. You aren’t aware of what’s going on and for some reason side with CEOs over workers.

You doofuses are really eating this American Dream candy up, lol.

Your not in reality....low skill work will never be paid top dollars, wages hasn't gone up to a over influx of immigrants that work for less there was no need to increase wages when "bodies" are in great surplus. Now that you see a shortage of worker wages are going...soon as that employment rates start to exceed demand you'll see wages stall again...this is just a bait in switch tactic.

If want a livable wages find a in-demand skill, or trade that's needed. Retail, fastfood wont do it for you unless it's in an out or chic fila chain.

Y'all expect simple tasks like pushing carts to pay $20/hr. It doesn't work that way

If $20 an hour is the living wage in their city, then yea. The workers have every right to expect that. $20 ain’t makin anybody rich.

folding T shirts requires minimum effort.

Yet here we are. Department stores crying cause they can’t hire anyone to do those jobs. If it’s just minimum effort, then maybe those managers that get paid the way they should, should be on the floor folding?
