we dont know that for sure its still only theory
what we do know for certain is that things that arent originally there are rejected and it would take some re-programming of cells to make them act in a way that it wouldnt be rejected i find it funny that science studies nature so hard body and how things are suppose to work then tries to defy nature and wonder why things become so disarrayed and seemingly umpossible unless we find a way to manipulate the very essence of things

well i was wrong about the its only theory part
but they did reprogram those cells though so i guess trickery manipulation is further along then i orignally thought possible
i also wonder how long that transplant will last because it hasnt exactly lived to long and is basically an infants windpipe put into an adult

yea thats interesting a few patients have succesfully done it this is some pretty ground breaking stuff but i still honestly wonder if there is legit no side effects after some real time has passed and are they going to keep carving up dead bodies to retrieve organs to do this?
i honestly think it's only a matter of time before cloning organs becomes the norm. it will be the biggest advance in medicine since antibiotics.

Friend, the whole point of cloning organs is that the body won't fight them off, since they'll be made from the same DNA/cells as the rest of your body. The problem you're talking about is with foreign transplants from another person/animal.

im not really sure if the whole point of cloning organs was to make it easier to have an abundance of them or so bodies wont fight them off or maybe some hidden agenda but
either way it seems to have all 3 qualities for now
