Yeah basically tommorow(thursday) is going to be my rest day was supposed to be legs but i got shyt to do at night when i was supposed to hit the gym and well i dont want to try going to the gym early in the morning cuz i would be running on 4-5 hours of sleep and well i dont want to see myself with squats running on that :merchant: plus i have work right after so that would spell disaster for me and for what i got planned later this evening after work

This was it originally
Monday: Push
Tuesday: Pull
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Legs
:Friday: Push
Saturday: Pull
Sunday: Off(off but i play ball late in the afternoon going into evening so u could say a lil bit of cardio)

this is what i gots to do now
Monday: Push
Tuesday: Pull
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: off
:Friday: Legs
Saturday: Push
Sunday: pull(yes id go and play ball later in the afternoon :noah: )

Now is it ok for me to just go through it and go back to my normal routine after monday(which means my rest day will be on sunday.. or should I just drop the pull day this week it to be safe?Oh yeah dropping legs day is not an option i need that days :sadcam:

Bro you'll be fine regardless of the schedule you choose....highly unlikely you'll overtrain. You have the right mindset in making sure you have enough rest.
