Birthright citizenship in new world countries like Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina etc makes perfect sense because the vast majority of the population in these countries are descendants of immigrants. The actual indigenous natives of the American and Australian continent, (the Māori, Aboriginals, Choctaw, Cherokee, Shawnee, Seminole, etc) were exterminated and subjugated through warfare, massive, continuous and relentless European immigration/settlement, territorial dispossession, diseases brought by colonizers and genocide. As a result, the descendants of the remaining native survivors live in “Indian reservations” exclusively designed for their own people. The only obvious exceptions to the rule are the ancestors of modern Black Americans and Black Brazilians who were imported by European slavers without their consent to these countries because of chattel slavery.

Exactly, this move would decimate the white population in America and drastically reduce their numbers. Only white folks with old and deep family roots (400 years history ) in America would be safe.
The ancestors of many white folks actually moved to the USA after the American civil war of 1861-1865, especially during the Ellis Island era of 1892-1924 when massive waves of European immigrants from Ireland, Germany, Italy , Norway, Sweden, Poland, Russia etc came here. Trump’s own paternal grandparents were both born in Germany. His own mother was born in Scotland and came to the United States at age 18, then she only became a naturalized U.S citizen at age 30.
How many white Americans in 2025 are actually pure descendants of the original WASP colonists/settlers from the mayflower/jamestown/colonial/revolutionary war era?
