no but during my stay in the hospital i was told to maybe take up martial arts as a way of working out my aggression u think Brazilian jujitsu will be good 4 me???

Tell us more. Who cheated, you or him? And would you be a bipolar whatever if you had been raised in a loving two-parent household, or is it a chemical thing? Were you predestined to be mentally ill, is what I'm asking.
