For me black is someone with African ancestry, that is why I don't consider Melanesians, aboriginals and Dravidians black.

Eh, I'm not well versed in this kind of stuff, but people will probably put them in the "Asian" race with Malaysian being their ethnicity. Therefor not African, nor "Black"
